Our team includes doctors board-certified in neurology, pain care, physiatry and sports medicine. Our partners include experts in musculoskeletal radiologists, neuroradiologists, orthopedics, rheumatology, primary care and physical therapists. 

Our approach helps us to call on a wide range of experts so that we can create a care plan tailored to your unique needs.

Our services include: 

  • EMG/NCS (electromyogram and nerve conduction study; tests to determine if the nerves in a muscle are working correctly)
  • Neuromuscular ultrasound (a test that uses sound waves to look for problems with a muscle or nerve)
  • Trigger point injection (a shot that helps soothe muscle pain in the arms, legs, lower back and neck) 
  • Physiatry evaluation (an exam done by a doctor of physiatry to help find the right care for a patient, or to change a care plan)
  • Pain medicine services 
  • Acupuncture (thin needles put into the skin at certain points in the body to care for pain and other medical problems)
  • Biofeedback (a way to help improve health and reduce pain; it often uses sensors that measure heart rate, blood pressure or skin temperature)
  • Psychological support for patients with chronic pain

  • No, you don’t need a referral. You can call the center directly to schedule an appointment.  

  • We gladly accept all insurances. 

  • The Center for Neck and Back Pain hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

  • We'll schedule your appointment as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. We know that when you’re in pain, it’s important to get help right away.

  • Our approach allows us to leverage our expertise and knowledge in our specialties to work together to create the most comprehensive and minimally invasive treatment plan for you. 

  • Our center is different because we offer a stepwise approach to care. This helps us focus on the most conservative and complete care first.
