Mary Ellen Renna, MD

Mary Renna, MD is a board certified Pediatrician. She has been practicing for over 30 years and is the author of many books, including ’Growing Up Healthy’ (2007) and ’10 Steps to Almost Perfect Parenting’ (2016).

Dr. Renna was recognized by The Long Island Business News as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women. She has also been honored by the Long Island Press. In 2009, she received the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Cooley Anemia Foundation for her work with children.

Dr. Renna often appears in media and is consulted for her expertise in various pediatric topics. She also does extensive charity work, including traveling abroad to help teach doctors in third world countries for underserved communities.
