Primary care services available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, exclusively for ProHEALTH Care patients.
An exclusive benefit for ProHEALTH Care patients, the extended hours center is an extension of your primary care, family medicine or pediatric office when they are closed or you can’t get to them.

We treat many conditions, including:
- Allergic reactions
- Colds and coughs
- Cuts and lacerations
- Earaches and infections
- Fever and flu
- Fractures and dislocations
- Insect and animal bites
- Nose bleeds
- Rashes and skin reactions
- Sexually transmitted diseases
- Sprains and strains
- Strep and sore throat
We also offer on-site testing and treatment services:
- Lab services (blood tests, urine tests, shots)
- IV fluids and treatments
- Vaccines such as flu shots
- Tdap shots
Note: Call 911 or go to the emergency room for life-threatening conditions.
For non-life threatening urgent medical needs, you can visit either our ProHEALTH Urgent Care Centers or Extended Hours Center. ProHEALTH Urgent Care Centers are open to all patients. Extended hours center is an exclusive benefit for existing ProHEALTH Primary Care patients.
Because our extended hours center is an extension of our primary care services, it's billed as a primary care (PCP) visit.OR
All existing ProHEALTH Care patients can use the extended hours center. It’s especially for ProHEALTH Care patients who cannot get to their primary care providers (adults and children) during the day or week or have an urgent medical need (non-life threatening) that cannot wait until the morning.OR
During the day, you can go to your ProHEALTH Care Primary Care or Family Medicine Practices. Extended hours are open Monday–Friday, 5 p.m.–12 a.m., and weekends 8 a.m.–12 a.m. We’re open seven days a week, 365 days a year — even holidays.OR
